• We will not let you down! - We hire to several large hotels and companies. We have never failed to deliver on time and in the unlikely event that we ever fail, we guarantee to meet the cost of alternative hire up to a maximum of £140.00 per day. Contact us for full details.

• Many internet AV companies do not own a projector and cross hire meaning lack of control. We own all our own hire machines and in the event that we have to cross hire you will be advised of this fact. It does make a difference, particularly if there is a delivery problem and you have several companies in the loop!

• You will not believe our term hire rates - SVGA projector hire starts at £55.00 per week on 26 week contracts. Unlike some companies we are not doing this with machines that are years old!
  

• The hire projector will be delivered to you the night before your presentation so that you are totally confident when you stand up to deliver your speech.
  
• If you are not certain which projector you should purchase, hire it from us and we will refund up to one weeks hire from the purchase price (excludes Delivery of £25.00+VAT and we will refund hire for one day or one day for each week on hire).
  
• If you only give Infrequent presentations hire is cost effective (Especially at our rates!) and you always have up to date equipment.
  
• Our modern equipment is very user friendly and we provide detailed instructions and guidance.
  
• We can give advice on the format of the presentation. We can even prepare the presentation for you for a modest fee (if you are using Powerpoint). This would include scanning in your company image if required!
  
• Projector Hire is efficient if you do not give regular presentations.
